How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times depend on the time of year but usually the package will arrive within 5-10 business days.
What are the dimensions of the canvases?
We offer three different canvas sizes:
8" x 12", 12" x 16", 18" x 24".
The base has a thickness of 0.8"(2cm).
How do you create your portraits?
We use state-of-the-art digital technology which includes photo editing and altering coupled with multiple artistic procedures.

Lost Painting
In the event that the artwork goes missing during delivery, we will happily replace it with a new piece at no additional cost. Please reach out to us within 5-25 days after the delivery approval for assistance with the lost painting.
Damaged Artwork
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 30 days. Our team will be happy to assist you and arrange for a replacement portrait to be printed and shipped to you at no additional cost. It is important to reach out to us within the 30-day period as we may not be able to reprint the artwork at a later time.
Modifications to the Painting
If you are dissatisfied with the portrait preview, feel free to request unlimited revisions at no extra cost. In the event that you are not satisfied with the final result, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you in finding the best resolution.
100% Satisfaction
If the portrait does not meet your satisfaction, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it in its original packaging for a full refund. Please contact us to get the return address.
My order was damaged when it arrived. What now?
Contact us as soon as possible. We'll send you a replacement as quickly as we can free of charge.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes. As long as your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please be aware that cancellations made after the 24 hour period are subject to our discretion. In the event that we agree to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 20% will be imposed. This fee compensates for the work already initiated on your order.
Orders that have already been printed cannot be cancelled.
